Welcome to the City of Sydney Grant Evaluation Portal!
If you’ve received a grant from the City of Sydney, you have free access to an easy-to-use survey template to help evaluate your event or program using Culture Counts. Any data you collect is anonymised and shared with the City of Sydney research team. You will also receive access to it after collection.
What You Need to Know
✅ Free, pre-designed surveys – Choose from a Short (13 questions) or Long (21 questions) survey to collect insights from your attendees.
✅ Easy data collection – Share a survey link via email, social media, or QR codes to collect responses.
✅ Simple reporting – Once your event is over, you can request access to your collected data for your own records.
✅ Minimal requirements – At least 30 responses needed to meet the evaluation requirement threshold.
How It Works
Step 1: Get Your Survey – Fill out a short form to request a unique survey link for your event.
Step 2: Collect Responses – Share the link with attendees at the event or afterward. You can track your progress using a monitoring link.
Step 3: Access Your Data – Once your event is complete, request a CSV file with your results.
