Any score above 0 is considered good, with a score above 50 being excellent. We have a more information on interpreting the NPS score here.
The 0 represents the answer displayed on the button on the left, and the 1 represents the answer displayed on the button on the right. The button values aren’t directly ported into the .csv file because these buttons can be customised or changed.
Select the survey you wish to download the email addresses from, on the survey’s Summary page click ‘Manage’ and select ‘Download emails’. This will then automatically download a .csv file with the list of the email addresses provided in the survey. The order of the email addresses is randomised and downloaded separately to the survey results .csv file containing all survey responses to ensure respondents cannot be identified in association with their survey feedback and answers. The blank cells in the .csv file indicate that a respondent decided not to leave their email, so do not be concerned regarding blank cells in the document.
